(RESOLVED) INCIDENT - Summary boxes in loading and limited access to QHR

STATUS AT 11:30 AM

The DSQ Service Centre informed us this morning that the situation has been fixed. All services are now working.

 

STATUS AT 4:00 PM

We've found and fixed the problem with the loading of the summary boxes.

The DSQ Service Centre is still investigating their problem. We'll be updated tonight at 8 pm and will update you tomorrow morning.

 

STATUS AT 1:36 PM

A number of users are currently experiencing loading summary boxes for certain patient records. To access the content, click on the title of the summary box. We are currently investigating this issue.

The DSQ Service Centre has advised us that there is currently an incident affecting one or more specific areas of the DSQ. An update will be provided at 2:30 p.m.

You may be experiencing longer than normal charging times at this time due to the fact that the memory cache of our database is rebuilding itself. These delays should resolve on their own. Normal performance should return in the new few minutes.

An investigation will be carried out in order to prevent this type of situation.

SRfax - Fax transmission problems

Status - May 27th - 10 a.m.

SRfax performed a maintenance last night which seems to have stabilized the situation. You can start using the fax again in Omnimed.

However, we recommend that you remain vigilant and use the traditional fax for any fax that needs to be transmitted urgently.

We will update this post when we have more information from SRfax.

 

Status - May 26th - 1 p.m.

SRfax system is experiencing connectivity problems and delays since 7:05 a.m.

The fax in Omnimed is relying on this system. It is impossible for us to give you an idea of then the situation will be resolved as we cannot do anything to help the situation. We invite you to follow the SRfax system status page. https://www.srfax.com/support/system-status/

In the meantime, we strongly suggest that you use a conventional fax to ensure the transmission of your documents.

The situation is back to normal for all users.

To sum up the situation, there has been a problem with one of our server which loaded the other servers and caused different problems. Our insfrastructure/architecture team will continue to investigate in the next few days to ensure that the situation doesn't happen again.
 
We are sincerely sorry about the inconviences. We're send an email to all users to give more details in the next few days.

MAINTENANCE - RITM NETWORK - DONE 11:59AM

An electrical maintenance is actually taking place at the date center where our data is housed. This maintenance is used to replace the network box to which the Réseau intégré de télécommunication multimédia (RITM) is connected. This action will strengthen our solution by creating a redundancy of the link.

The affected services are:

  • Requests module (SAFIR) (you will be able to view the requests you've already done, but will not be able to create new ones)
  • Scanning module (access to the VMC for RITM users)
  • Reception of electronic results for the following interfaces: MCQ, Sider Outaouais, Sider Montreal, Sider LLL, Chaudières-Appalaches, Saguenay, Lakeshore, Sacré-Coeur, Gaspésie, CHUS, SRALAB
  • ADT (Montreal, CIUSSS-NIM , Alma and Richelieu)
  • Link with hospital systems (the transmission of the note from Omnimed to): ordeaux-Cartierville, Sacré-Coeur, Villeray, birth center of the CIUSSS-du-Nord-de-l'Île

We expect a return to normal in about an hour.
