From the patient file in Omnimed:

1. Click on the Plume extension previously installed on your web browser. A sidebar opens to the right of the patient summary with Plume features to be used on the same page.
   
2. Log in to PlumeIA.
3. Click on + to start a new consultation.
4. Check the Consent given for recording patient box to confirm that the patient has consented to the recording of the consultation.
   
5. Click on Start recording. If necessary, pause recording during consultation.
   
6. Select the information relating to the type of consultation to generate the clinical note.
   
7. Click on End consultation and generate note.
8. Click on Copy note.
   
9. Paste the clinical note generated into Omnimed.
