Guide to good clinical prevention practices
To support healthcare professionals, the ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux has developed the Guide des bonnes pratiques en prévention clinique, which presents the clinical prevention measures recommended by the Directeur national de santé publique du Québec.
Click here to consult the Guide des bonnes pratiques en prévention clinique (available in French only).
Two options are available:
- View recommendations according to a personalized profile
- View all recommendations
Don't forget to document recommendations discussed with the patient in a clinical note in Omnimed.
