⚠️ Please note that we are not Quebec Health Record (Dossier santé Québec). If you do not have a QHR key or if you have any questions regarding QHR Production, other than Omnimed, you must contact their customer service directly.
In order to have a complete patient record and enable you to make more informed decisions, it's important to centralize all the information to which you have access. It is therefore possible to import results from the Quebec Health Record (QHR) that are not present in the Omnimed EMR.
Import a result in PDF format
- Access the patient's laboratory or medical imaging domain of the QHR viewer to consult the list of results and target those you wish to import.
- Click on the import icon (cloud with downward-pointing arrow) associated with a result to import it into the patient record.
This icon is available from the results list. The position of the icon allows you to import several results quickly by clicking on the icon of each result one after the other.
This icon is also available from the result viewer:
- A notification at the bottom of the page confirms that the import of the results.
- The result is now in the Results summary box in the patient record, and can be viewed in PDF format by clicking on View report.
The result also appears in the current note.
ℹ️ Importing to PDF does not allow you to visualize the evolution of the result in a graph or grid view. If necessary, you can manually add a granular result to the file.
