Access, Mandate, Consent

1. AUDIT - Liste des accès suspicieux 

 List of users who may have opened files they shouldn't have without taking any actions (no entries).

  •   This report is usually voluminous, we invite you to follow the steps to plan it.

 List of users who obtained temporary consent for a file and then accessed the file.

 Identify all patients who have a file number at the clinic.

4. Rapport des patients GMF avec date dernier rendez-vous

 List of GMF patients, including the date of the last appointment with a member of the staff.

  •  The report contains no non-GMF patients.

    The last appointment displayed corresponds only to the patient's most recent appointment (including future appointments) in the Appointments section of the Administrative Center. Therefore, if the most recent appointment is a future appointment, the field will be empty on the report if the end date of the search interval is today's date. To avoid this limitation, enter a date in the future (e.g. 2030) to include all past, present and future appointments that could possibly be at the top of the patient's appointment list.

    The appointment field will be empty if the appointment was with a health professional whose account is inactive.

5. Rapport des patients inscrits RAMQ avec date de dernier rendez-vous

 List of patients enrolled at the GMF and those not enrolled, including the date of the last appointment.

  •  Selecting the interval generates a list of registered patients based on this given period, NOT the period of the last appointment.

    The last appointment displayed corresponds only to the patient's most recent appointment (including future appointments) in the Appointments section of the Administrative Center. Therefore, if the most recent appointment is a future appointment, the field will be empty on the report if the end date of the search interval is today's date. To avoid this limitation, enter a date in the future (e.g. 2030) to include all past, present and future appointments that could possibly be at the top of the patient's appointment list.

    The appointment field will be empty if the appointment was with a health professional whose account is inactive.

Scanning

1. Liste des résultats numérisés jamais classés (erreurs de numérisation)

 Identify scanning errors that occurred in your institution regarding the indexation of scanned results (result assigned to a former user, to the resident account instead of the physician account, to a duplicate account, etc.).

  •  The report presents the list of scanned documents of type "Result" that have never been archived by their recipient(s). It is configured to ignore recent documents according to a certain grace period.

2. Notes de consultation avec code barre 

  List all note sheets for manual writing of clinical notes for each patient with an appointment scheduled for the day.

  •  These sheets include patient identification barcodes to facilitate indexing during the scanning of notes into patient records. It allows access to data in case of service interruption.
  •  Health professional and selection of category and subcategory to apply to all note sheets

Orchestrator - Hub, adapted access, GAP, GMF-R

1. Rapport de rémunération - Accès en temps opportun

 Get the number of appointments given by each physician to patients of the Family Medicine Group (GMF), along with the proportion of these appointments for which there were less than 72 hours or 36 hours between the creation of the appointment and its start time.

 

2. Rapport de rémunération - Disponibilités GAP pour inscrits de groupe (until May 31st, 2024)

 Obtain the number of availability slots per health professional, per activity, whether they have been filled by a patient or not. Indeed, the assessment of the offer for the GAP project does not take into account whether a patient ultimately took the slot or not.

  •   Report based on terms and conditions in effect until May 31, 2024.
    It's important that availabilities retain their activity to be accurately counted (i.e., the activity of the time slot should not be changed to accommodate another type of appointment at the last minute).
  •  Time interval, activity. By entering MONTH-1 , you'll obtain data for the past month only. The same can be done with DAY-1. 
  •  Health professional, number of availabilities, number of appointments, total

3. Rapport justificatif - Inscription de groupe (starting June 1st, 2024)

 For a given period, it calculates the number of availabilities for the selected activities (whether the slot is filled or not). In addition, it shows the number of appointments for the selected activities eligible for remuneration during the same period, with explanations if the appointment is considered ineligible.

    It is important that availabilities retain their activity to be properly accounted for (i.e. you must not change the time slot activity to accommodate another type of appointment at the last minute).

    Availability count for the selected activity :
✅ An availability created with a selected activity will count towards the availability count.
✅ An appointment with a selected activity added outside the availability schedule (event) will create its own availability and count towards the availability count.
An appointment with another activity (whether or not this other activity is a "HUB") booked in an availability with the selected activity will count in the availability count (but will not count in the appointment count for the selected activity).
❌ An appointment with the selected activity recorded in an availability with another activity will NOT count towards the count of availabilities.
⚠️ Unfilled GAP availabilities that are “switched” (bascule) to other services in the Hub may not be reflected in the EMR and thus not be counted. Statistics may therefore differ between the EMR and the Hub.

    For each availability, indication of whether an appointment has been booked and its details (appointment activity, appointment origin, eligibility indication, explanation if appointment is ineligible, event uuid).

4. Statistiques des rendez-vous avec patients non-inscrits GMF

 Get the number of appointments assigned to patients not registered at the Family Medicine Group (GMF) at the time of the appointment (i.e., orphans or registered elsewhere).

  •  The report considers all appointments for a patient with a valid health insurance number (HIN) who is not registered at the Family Medicine Group (GMF), including patients from another GMF.
    Legally collective registrations are included, and they are considered as non-GMF registered patients.

Appointment

 List of appointments for the selected providers, ordered by file number.

 View all the modifications made to an event or an appointment within a given schedule.

  •  The search is performed for a specific date and time (NOT a search for the entire day). It allows you to find the details of a canceled appointment on the same day.

4. Rapport des listes des rendez-vous avec info complète du patient

 

 List appointments for one or more health professional, including patient information such as their address and home, work, and cell phone numbers.

  •  Search for a minimum period of 2 days.
  •  Time interval, health professional. By entering MONTH-1 in the Start date and End date fields, you'll obtain data for the past month only. The same can be done with DAY-1 and YEAR-1.

5. Rapport détaillé d'informations sur les visites

 

 Developed particularly to facilitate multidisciplinary work, this report provides an overview of appointments, as well as the progress status of consultations, and provides a wealth of relevant information related to the consultation. It allows, among other things, to see if the patient is generally followed by another provider in the clinic, if multiple people have participated in writing the note, and if tasks have been created related to the note.

  •  Some appointments will appear twice in the list (on two lines) to reflect the actions taken on the appointment.

6. Rapport nombre de rendez-vous

 

 For each selected health professional, table showing the number of appointments presented by type of activity. Excluding RAMQ and including RAMQ.

  •  Very useful in the context of subsidies for orphan patients (the clinic must have created activities that serve only non-registered patients).  For the end date, select the next day of the desired date (e.g. to include March 31st appointments, select April 1st).
  •  Activities (active and deleted), time interval, health professional

7. Rapport statistique sur la présence au rendez-vous (no-show) 
 

 Get detailed statistics on appointments for a given period, including appointment absence and attendance, appointment confirmation, appointment proposal and appointment reminders.

  •  A summary table is available on the first page, including a comparison with the average rates of clinics using Omnimed.

    This report takes into account requests filled from the Patient File Queries summary box only.

4. Rapport Suivi activités résidents (beta) 

This report allows you to easily track the work of students for whom you are responsible for supervision and provides, at a glance, the progress of their consultations as well as your supervision actions.

5. Rapport de conciliation
