Managing scanning errors

A health professional is missing from the list

  • Validate that the health professional's mandate is present in your EMR account. If it is not, contact your institution's user account manager to add it to your account, using the Account adjustment request form.
  • To update the list of health professionals, click on the icon with the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner, then click on Clear cache and restart


Verso of pages generates a blank page

  • Click on the three vertical dots to access the Advanced settings. In the Scanning tab, check that the Scanning and Blank page detection options are ticked. Click on Save.
  • If the problem persists, your scanner configuration needs to be validated by your technical support.
