A health professional is missing from the list
- Validate that the health professional's mandate is present in your EMR account. If it is not, contact your institution's user account manager to add it to your account, using the Account adjustment request form.
- To update the list of health professionals, click on the icon with the three vertical dots in the top right-hand corner, then click on Clear cache and restart.

- Click on the three vertical dots to access the Advanced settings. In the Scanning tab, check that the Scanning and Blank page detection options are ticked. Click on Save.
- If the problem persists, your scanner configuration needs to be validated by your technical support.
Identify the user who scanned a document
- The Clinical note content section displays the name of the user who scanned the document and the name of the provider for whom it was added to the file.
- The Rapport de numérisation (Scanning report) now displays the name of the user who scanned the document into the file.

Scanned document in wrong patient file
- Find the location of a scanned document according to the type of document and category selected: Summary - Document Types

- Scan the document back into the correct patient file. If required, you can retrieve a document already filed in the scanning module.
Retrieve a complete list of documents scanned at the clinic and their indexing details
- The Rapport de numérisation (Scanning report) provides a list of all scanned documents and results, including date, provider and selected categories and sub-categories.
