The new scanning module allows the user to create templates that can recognize text on standardized documents (date, speakers, document type, scanning categories).
This feature makes it possible to avoid entering the same recurring information for the same type of document.

⚠️ Templates are available per user and per workstation. A user who changes computer to scan will not have access to the templates configured on the initial workstation.

Create a new model
- Click on the Manage templates icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Fill in the details of the new template:
- Template name
- Template keywords: The document must contain all defined template keywords. Write one keyword per line, spelled as it appears in the document.
- Type
- Category
- Position on document. Use the cursor to select the position of an element on the page and click on the corresponding button. The element's coordinates are displayed following the selection. For date, specify format.
- Click on Save.
- To create another template, overwrite the information in the first template and click on Save. The new template will then be created.
Template detection
During scanning, when a template is detected, the name of the template is displayed at the top of the Document identification section, along with the words Template found! and the name of the detected template.
Modify an existing template
- Click on the Manage templates icon in the top right-hand corner.
Select the model to be modified from the drop-down menu. - Make any necessary changes.
- Clik on Save.
