In order to allow Omnimed to take remote control of your computer station in the event of a request for help or various technical configurations, you must click here and open the executable which will download at the bottom of your screen.
At all times, during remote control, you should be in simultaneous communication with a specialist via telephone or chat. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask the person who takes control of your computer.
