Remove access to online appointment services

Your clinic offers online appointment services (appointment booking portal or appointment request portal), but you’ve noticed that some patients are using them inappropriately? You have the option to restrict their access at any time and re-enable it if needed.

To disable online appointment services:

1. Go to the patient's administrative center.
2. Edit the Administrative information section.
3. Toggle the online appointment services switch to the left.
   

To reactivate online services for the patient, follow the steps above and toggle the switch to the right.
