Select a mandate

📌 Prerequisite: In order to change a mandate, you must be on the News page or the Search page.


📎 Mandates from one person to another are used to:

  • Access data written by another user.
  • Write or complete actions on clinical data in the name of another health professional.
  • View the tasks and results of another user (the Tasks and Results module located in the main menu of Omnimed of the left side become the ones of the user selected). 

Mandates also allow administrative staff to access clinical information. Only health professionals are authorized to view clinical data on their own behalf. Administrative staff must therefore select a professional's mandate to access a patient's record.   1. Search for the name of a professional in your establishment or select a name from your list of received mandates.

Changing the connection institution

📌 Prerequisite: In order to change your connection institution, you must be on the News page.

Changing your connection institution allows to:

  1. Find patients by record number
  2. View the institution appointments and waiting room
  3. Print/Fax/Send requests, clinical notes or other tools with the right coordinates
  1. Click on the connection institution in the upper right corner of the screen.
  2. Select the institution of your choice from the list of institutions.
